'RHOC' Season 8 Premieres April 1st!
The cast welcomes a new Housewife, Lydia McLaughlin.

The First Ladies of Bravo, The Real Housewives of Orange County, are back with an eight season premiering Monday, April 1st at 8/7c.
Vicki, Tamra, Alexis, Gretchen, and Heather are all back, as is... Laurie Peterson? Yup, the original O.C. Housewife makes an appearance in the upcoming season, but from this first look it doesn't look like the other 'Wives are too thrilled about it.
In the teaser, the new ladies are also introduced to new Housewife Lydia McGlaughlin, a friend of Alexis Bellino's. An O.C. socialitie, Lydia, along with her husband, Doug, owns and operates a high-end magazine that highlights the glamorous life of Southern California.
Like Alexis, Lydia is a devout Christian. This season, Alexis is once again the center of controversy between the ladies. Feeling bullied and betrayed, Alexis turns to Vicki for comfort and friendship. But it’s new Housewife, Lydia, who appeals to Alexis’ faith in an effort to achieve forgiveness -- with surprising and mixed results.
Vicki has her own issues to deal with as she celebrates the highs of being a new grandmother to Briana’s new baby boy, while struggling to make her controversial relationship with Brooks survive. Her southern beau is once again the center of scrutiny and causes rifts among Vicki, her family, and friends.
Tamra Barney’s life was paradise at the end of last season, as Eddie proposed on the beaches of Bora Bora. But reality starts to sink in when the couple moves in and struggles to merge their separate lives. Between the challenges of trying to open their fitness studio and the stress of trying to plan a wedding, their bumpy road is made even worse by the fact that the more Tamra pushes to set a wedding date, the harder Eddie pushes back.
Wedding bells and babies are on Gretchen Rossi’s mind. With her boyfriend, Slade, landing a job as a radio DJ, the path is paved for Gretchen to take the next big steps in her life. But starting a family isn’t as easy as she had hoped.
Heather Dubrow’s life as a stay-at-home mother takes a sharp turn as offers for acting roles on two popular sitcoms roll in. Although she’s thrilled to be acting once again, trouble comes from the most unexpected source, her husband, Terry, when what should be a dream opportunity turns into the biggest challenge their marriage has faced.

Alexis back again?? WHY so boring? with her " i'm being bullied " routine YAWN... We have just finished 7 in london so dont know when the new one will start here. So you need to fill me in here guys... Is vicky with "i am a loser Brooks" Please say NO... the woman is a desperate housewife. Totally agree with Briane and Tamra on Brooks.
Alexis " i have plastic $$$" because everything about me is "fake" or in Dr dubrow workds "PHONEY" and i wish i could be heather " sorry guys you can see the green envy in her eyes of Heather. every season my view on them changes. So at the mo i am liking heather and i have to say "vicky you are a hypercrite" one rule for you and one for the rest. Gretchen i have began to like also that woman has her head screwed on when it comes to not marrying slade yet and perhaps losing her fortune when he decides to hop with the next rich OC woman.

Most excited to welcome back ALEXIS!! I love her amazing courage and her integrity! i've never once seen her back down from anyone nor has she changed her beliefs and opinion just to look good on camera, for her fellow cast mates or the audiences. She is who she says she is and that's her keeping it REAL!! Unlike a few other of her cast mates (cough cough.. Tamara & Gretchen, lol..) Don't let those other ladies bring u down Alexis cause u keep it REAL!! Can't wait to see the new season!

I am glad to see Heather back, since she is an actual OC Housewife by definition, and she seemed to be pretty honest and objective in dealing with the other women. Even though Gretchen isn't actually a housewife and Slade is a bit questionable, I always find her entertaining in a genuine way. It's hard to watch Tamra and Alexis.
Tamera and Gretchen are my favs i can't wait for this season it looks interesting!!!
hopefully we will not c too much more of Heathers pretentious behaviour with her bestowing her 'friends' with diamonds - how fake can u get!!!! looking forward to seeing Alexis stand up to Tamra...

I'm so happy Heather is coming back! I thought Alexis was not coming back, it was kind of a let down to think I have to listen to whining and make believe bullying stories. Why are you torturing me Bravo?

Love them all and excited for the new season! Bringing the old back with the new would be boring. That's why Gina and the rest are off the show! Thank goodness!

Why on earth does Bravo bring Vicki back every season? She's so boring and bitchy and has nothing to offer. I watched this show since it first aired She was the biggest bully on this show since it began and acts like she's innocent. Get rid of her. She's a fake and a waste of airtime.

What the hell?! What happened to all the tweets Alexis put out saying she wasn't coming back for season 8? That she was moving on to bigger and better things?! We've seen her storyline, it blows. Bring back Laurie and Gina already!!! && As always, love love love Gretchen & Tamra :)

Lydia,she seems to like everyone.I tweeted her a month ago and told her i hope this season is Fun! some Drama they have to have.sick of all the fighting.Laurie on some.Gretchen said she did not film as much for season 8.she said she hated the drama between she and Alexis and the other ladies last season.We will see.Alexis,Girl you can forgive,just do not forget and watch your back.
Why in the world is Alexis still on the show? Bad decision.
I can't wait for the new season to start!Looking forward to seeing the ladies this year,especially Tamra,Vicki and Heather.Judging by the trailer,don't know what the new girls' gonna bring,she seems kinda loopy but that would make sense if she's Alexis' friend.Also,don't understand why Lauri is back,didn't she marry a guy with a ton of money?
I can hardly wait for Orange County!!!

Alexis,she is my favorite.I am so looking forward to season 8.she is kind and Loyal.Lex,is always tweeting me back.Gretchen what you are saying Tamra did.What you did to Alexis is way worse.Alot of us thought this would happen.You and slade have never been my favs,do you think we really thought you and Tamra were friends.now that taping is done you 2 are not getting along.No shocker,Gretchen you are not so Innocent,Last season you lyed on the reunion. and season 4 you were lying about bass lake etc.....Alexis ,says she forgives but she does not have to hang around with you.This season by the end i think Alexis and Lydia will shine and be friends with all.gretchen not sure.She was not loyal.
