's newest addition to the family was the first girl for her and husband Daron, and it was also the first live-tweeted labor that Rosie (or anyone that we can remember) had attempted. As the Pregnant in Heels beauty was going through contractions, tweets kept her fans in the loop the entire time as if they were in the delivery room with her. But why did Rosie choose to do such a thing?

"To be honest, it’s not something I would have imagined myself doing before either," Rosie explains in a bit of an op-ed she wrote for the Today website. She continues, saying that since her job is to be all-things baby for her clients, she felt that opening up the process and discussion was a way to help others.

"Let's face it, parenthood is a blessing but it can be hard and the more we can share and educate without judgment, the better. Being open about my struggles with infertility is definitely one of those parts of my life I have chosen to share. It was both well received and criticized, but I stand strong in knowing it was the right decision to try and help add to a conversation that is far too often kept secret."

Rosie says that she knew the live-tweeting process "if done in the correct way it was an important thing to do," so she decided to give it a try. "I want my clients to know these feelings are normal and that as parents, we should stick together and help each other out rather than being so judgmental or in constant competition to be the uber super mom. That goes all the way back to how we get pregnant and how we give birth," Rosie writes.

Simply put, "I wanted to live tweet my birth to share my real side of labor -- both the tough parts and the joy," she says of the decision. "It should not be judged nor should we be in competition with each other.  What’s most important is the health and well being of our baby."

I am a grandmother who would not miss this charming, entertaining and educational show. I am amazed with Rosie's wisdom and witty sense of humor. Darling show! Bravo's Best! Finally a "Reality T V" show that is classy enough for everyone to watch, laugh, cry and happily anticipate more. It is hard to find a classy show that I feel better after watching it. Thank you and please keep them coming.
