I would like to get Eric Wolitzky's chocolate chip cookie recipe. I watched Elizabeth Falkner's video video on this recipe and she completely bothed up the ingredients "1 1/2 sticks butter 6 ounces" which is it so I printed out Eric Wolitzky's recipe and some of the ingredients are in grams: "340 grams butter= 12 ounces or i 1/2 sticks, that's ok, his recipe calls for two whole eggs and two yolks, her's calls for one of each. His calls for 200 grams of sugar or 7.1 oz, hers calls for 1/2 cup or 4 oz.. His calls for 400 grams brown sugar or 14 oz, hers calls for 1 1/2 cups or 12 oz, his calls for 21 oz of flour, hers calls for 3 cups or 24 oz., baking soda His 1 tablespoon, hers 1 teaspoon, salt his 1 tablespoon, hers 1 teaspoon (kosher).
