Top Chef's Evil Queen hits the big screen.

Mar 19, 2012 - The Dish

You got a taste of Charlize Theron's Evil Queen on Top Chef, and now we have your first chance to feast on the film. Charlize's role in Snow White and the Huntsman inspired one of Top Chef: Texas' most talked-about challenges (bloody poison apple, anyone?), and now Xfinitytv.com is serving up the next course -- a new trailer for the film, plus an exclusive five-minute sneak peek.

Charlize and her Evil Queen character inspired our season nine cheftestants to create a dish for a seven-course gothic feast fit for a queen. The results were some of the most memorable presentations in Top Chef history, including Grayson's grisly black chicken with beets and Paul's seemingly bloody handprint smeared next to his foie gras with bacon, pumpernickel, pickled cherries, and beets

(Check out Charlize's many faces -- from evil to elegant -- in our gallery or her best looks.)

From the looks of the new trailer -- which can also be seen in its entirety during The Voice on Monday, March 19th at 8 p.m. -- our chefs were right on the track with their dark, twisted creations. Snow White and the Huntsman, which also stars Chris Hemsworth and Kristen Stewart, arrives on June 1.
