Got a whole bunch of fall produce on your hands and want to jazz up some otherwise-blah turkey burgers? Spike Mendelsohn's got a little autumn "love" for you.

'Tis the season to get all sorts of pumpkin and apple into whatever you're cooking, and with the help of some mango and chipotle, Spike swears you'll never complain about a turkey burger being dry and like sawdust again. "People always ask me, one of the biggest thigns with turkey burgers is they come out dry. The trick is to add a little love to it," he told Al Roker during a Monday morning cooking segment on Today.
