When she's not cooking up drama on The Real Housewives of New Jersey, Teresa Giudice is just, well, cooking. Nowadays, she's also keeping health in mind when she's hitting the stove, so for her new cookbook Fabulicious: Fast & Fit!, Giudice is again focusing not just on the taste of what she's whipping up, but also the ease and nutrition.

Case in point? Take the chicken bruschetta she made for Kathie Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb during her appearance on Today's fourth hour on Wednesday. With just a splash of olive oil, the baked dish -- a take on classic bruschetta ,which often involves tomatoes and other items on top of bread -- seemed to shock Kotb with its deliciousness.

Teresa said that she's "always helped my mom cook in the kitchen" during her childhood, and once she got married, she was cooking "every day" for her husband Joe and their growing family. She went on to say that her new book "has 70 new heart-healthy recipes from start to stove, 30 minutes," and that "in the back there's a nutritional guide that works with Weight Watchers and gluten-free diets."

And since her last cookbook made for a major amount of drama, how are her fellow Housewives reacting to this new one (which doesn't discuss them this time around)? Teresa smoothly told Kathie and Hoda: "I guess you guys would have to ask them."
