In the wake of the tragic and devastating damage Hurricane Sandy left in its path along the East Coast -- especially in New Jersey and New York -- NBC Universal will be airing on Friday night a one-hour benefit telethon will be held to help raise money for those impacted by the massive storm.

Bruce Springsteen, Billy Joel, Christina Aguilera and a handful of other performers will perform during the Matt Lauer-hosted benefit which will air from 8-9p EST here on Bravo and across NBCUniversal networks like NBC, CNBC, E!, G4, MSNBC, Style Media, Syfy and USA. Jimmy Fallon, Brian Williams and others will also be on-air lending a hand to help those in need. The event will also be streamed live online and replayed on tape delay on the West Coast.

All proceeds from the benefit will go towards the Red Cross and their hurricane relief efforts.
