'The Fashion Show' Hosts Revealed!
Isaac Mizrahi, Kelly Rowland, and Fern Mallis sign on for 'The Fashion Show.'
Feb 19, 2009Bravo's latest creative competition series, The Fashion Show has just lined up an impressive roster of hosts and judges!
The Fashion Show will follow professional designers as they compete for a chance to have their lines sold for a mass market.
Isaac Mizrahi, Creative Director for Liz Claiborne, will take on hosting duties. If you don't know him (you've been living under a very unfashionable rock) he has a pretty amazing resume. He has 4 CFDA awards, has created countless costumes for theater and film, and he writes a comic book about a Supermodel. Who knew? Prepare for his immense style knowledge and some snarktastic commentary.
Isaac will be joined by co-host Kelly Rowland, founding member of the former Destiny's Child. Destiny's Child is the top-selling female group of ALL TIME, and they wore some pretty fantastic duds in their time. She's gone on to a successful career and appeared in several movies and TV shows. Can't wait what Kelly has to say. She's sure to get it "Jumpin, Jumpin."
Last but certainly not least, Fern Mallis has signed on to judge. We couldn't think of a more perfect choice. Fern is the Senior Vice President of IMG Fashion AND the creator of New York Fashion Week. Yeah, that's kind of a big deal.
Can't wait to watch what happens when this dynamic fashion trio joins forces.
What happened to Project Runway? It's the ONLY reality show I watch.

Happy to see Isaac again on telly. He's hilarious. But, um, Destiny's Child is NOT the top-selling female group of ALL TIME. I believe that is actually the Spice Girls, Destiny's Child is however, the most successful Girl Group in the USA. And Bananarama is the most successful girl group that is still together to this day.
Ick, sounds really boring. Mizrahi is TIRED !!
This show will be fantastic. No one is funnier and more "right on" than Isaac Mizrahi. And he loves women. We'll learn a lot about the business and how to design and market on this show. Great idea! Hope they keep it first quality. I LOVE Isaac.

Jesus. Just what we need more happy 60's mommy capris and high heeled belgian loafers, kitchy plaids and tartans accented with some nasty shelf liner polka dot patterns.

Issac, I have been following you for so many years, loved your show. I'm so looking forward to the new show. Fashion is forever! I used to dream of you dressing me, and I had some fantastic outfits....Always thinking of you!
