We're still a while away from seeing Top Chef settle into Texas for Season 9, but we've got a culinary competition here at Bravotv.com that should tide you over. Four Top Chef alums return to the TC kitchen to do battle in our first-ever Top Chef Healthy Showdown, launching today. The weekly video series, hosted by Curtis Stone, challenges our cheftestants to forgo the decadence and create mouth-watering dishes using healthy ingredients.

Entering the fray are Top Chef All-Stars Tre Wilcox and Casey Thompson as well as Season 3's Sara Nguyen and Season 4's Ryan Scott. The four will square off in a series of Quickfire and Elimination Challenges, with $25,000 and the chance to help launch a Top Chef line of Healthy Choice entrees at stake. New episodes will premiere here on Bravotv.com every Wednesday at noon/11c.

The series marks the start of a landmark partnership between Bravo and Healthy Choice that you'll also be seeing on-air and in a grocery store near you. In addition to our Top Chef Healthy Showdown digital series, Healthy Choice will also be a key part of Top Chef Season 9. But the biggest thing to come out of this happy marriage just might be a Top Chef-inspired line of entrees, available this year in grocery stores around the country.
