Go inside the high-stakes world of L.A. real-estate at 10p.

Aug 20, 2013 - The Dish0

Los Angeles has one of the most aggressive real estate markets in the country: there's high demand and low inventory. So what happens when a buyer has found their perfect home—and has to compete with other buyers gunning for the same property?

Our new pilot Bidding War takes you inside the competitive world of L.A. real estate. Hosted by realtor Kennon Earl, tonight's thirty minute episode follows three couples who have found a gorgeous, modern home in Tarzana, California. The property is listed below its market value to encourage competitive bidding among the three—and it's fierce. Watch a preview clip below

You'll be surprised to see what lengths each potential buyer goes to secure the property. And it's not just a matter of money. One couple offers up two prized possessions while another attempts to maniuplate the sellers by tugging at their heart strings.

Who emerges as the winner? Tune in to Bravo tonight at 10p ET.

Loved the show. The fact that they did not let materialistic things make their decision was wonderful. I would love to see more episodes.

Didn't like this show at all. Also the people who were chosen used extreme poor judgement by bringing their children with them to use as leverage. A drawing..really? Wow... how desperate and pathetic this couple is. It's almost as bad as if they had brought a dsabled child with them. Doesn't get much worse than these two. Shame on them!

I love the show too, but while on Zillow this morning looking for my next home I noticed the house in last night's show was still available. So now I'm confused. Did the sale fall through. Seeing all the interest I'm surprised to find it has been up for sale for 181 days. I guess it will sell now................
