Alexis tells Celebuzz that "everything in moderation" is her main key to success, but that it's essential to "have some kind of workout or activity level." AKA, don't just sit around -- you've got to work for those abs.

"Two other tips that I recommend are, stay away from processed foods,
and then don’t eat after, like, five or six o’clock at night," Bellino said, apparently championing early bird special dinners over chic 8pm primetime reservations.

It makes no difference what time you eat. If you consume 1500 calories all before 5pm or if you consume 1500 calories through to 8pm you have still consumed 1500 calories. There is actually a benefit to eating that same 1500 calories over a longer span through the day to 8pm as it keeps your metabolism consistent. So, in actual fact, her advice carries no "weight".
