Although I think Danielle comes off as a complete, insecure nut... I must give credit where credit is due and her performance was not bad. Much, much better than the Countess' "Money Can't Buy You Class." Blech! Danielle has a much better voice and the song is better. : ) So... props to you Danielle. Now if your attitude matched your song, you'd be good to go!

I dont like danielle as a person but I got to say she can sing unlike the other housewives that had tried in the past.

Surprisingly not to bad. Better than any of the other housewives. Could tolerate the song as long as I don't have to look at her.

Her voice was better than I would have imagined. The song was odd though. It was as if she were pandering specifically to the lesbian audience which was odd because she has never identified on TV as gay, only a gay advocate, to which many gays said "thanks, but no thanks". Nothing I would download, same could be said of Gretchens, LuAnn and Kims novelty songs. Paging Weird Al.

I want to say first that I am not a fan,but I have to say Danielle certainly shocked me with her song. She can really sing. I thought her song would be like the other two housewives songs. They don't even come close. Bravo to you Danielle. I am sure even the other women on the show will have to agree.

I will say this...Danielle can actually sing A LOT better than the other two housewives who think they can. Kim CAN NOT sing worth a crap! Luann is better than Kim but Danielle went out there without any voice over affects/help or whatever there called and did a really surprisingly good job! Does this mean I like her? As a person, from what I see on the show, NO! But I like the song.

I am not a fan of Danielle, however, her song was great and Danielle deserves to be congratulated.

Hmmmm, I admire her reaching for the stars but may not be her path. She does sound a lot better than Kim on Atlanta though.

What a lovely surprise. The song was captivating. I loved the interplay of Danielle's voice with writer: Lori's voice. It was a stunning end to my day and I am pleased to be able to listen to it again today. This splendid, haunting, song touched me in a way that few of today's cranked out, studio enhanced song possibly could. It was also refreshing that unlike other "Housewife" songs which were publicized in advance only to turn out to be very disappointing, REAL CLOSE, I am happy to say was actually REAL GOOD.

Lovely voice. Danielle, you should pursue this as your passion, and leave the NJ housewives alone.

I am over it. It was just another pubiclity stunt. I didnt' like the song, it was just the same line said over and over. It seems she has her fangs into another poor victim. I was SHOCKED! She has an excellent voice. Even better than the woman she sang with. I was scared for her when I heard Andy say she was singing, but, admittedly, I was in awe. She definitely has a pure talent she should actively try to develop. The other women on the show will probably say something like "Whatever" or "Good for Her" because they do not want anything said positively about her". She definitely showed them here. Good for you Danielle.

I'm not a big Danielle fan (really don't like her)but she has a nice voice the first housewife I think can sing

I have to say the fact she did it live without auto tune and actually sounded pretty good is a huge step up from the other housewives. I didn't really like the song that much but she can sing.

Wow! I detest Danielle, but even her worst detractors have to admit she can carry a tune. While I didn't care for the song necessarily her effort was a far site better than the torment of listening to Kim or LuAnn sing.

I think that your singing was nothing more than average. No better, no worse than any of the other housewives songs, except more depressing. I wish that you lived around me so I could give you some lessons on good character and manners. If I couldn't teach it to you than I would love to beat it into you!! It was o.k. I fast forwarded on my PVR most of it. Not interesting at all. I just have to ask why is she still on this show. No one seems to care much for her. I guess it's worth it for her if she is making $$.

Of all the songs put out by the three songbird housewives. Danielle's is by far the only one that I could see being played on the radio, or even worth being purchased for that mater. Both Kim and LuAnn's music attempts are far to kitschy for mainstream public, only a comedic drag queen in a really tacky gay club would bust out with those songs, and im a gay male.

Danielle CAN sing!!! BRAVO!!!!! Hopefully no other housewife will do a record now that Danielle has raised the bar - plus a houswife doing a record is tired..........unless they can TRULY sing equally as good as Danielle.

I was pleasantly surprised that the song was decent and Danielle's voice not too bad. Does this make me like Danielle more? Not a chance - she is truly paranoid and just odd. But the song was delightful surprise. I was holding my breath waiting to see how bad it could be!

Its a bit of a sleeper. Not good not bad. Can't she sit down without sitting on a lap and showing all her wares. I'm disgusted with her and anything she does at this point.

It's a shame that Danielle's persona is so narcissistic and defensive, because this is one spectacular song and she has a wonderful voice. I'm speechless. I just wish she could get over the other freakniks in the show and be a lady. She is constantly stooping to their level. But, guess what? None of them will ever be able to rise to her level of talent. It's so sad that her personality is just as awful as her voice is great.

Danielle's voice is very nice. She is difficult to watch because she is so cutting and sarcastic. Of course it couldn't be a song without the typical Danielle drama or shock value. Give me a break. Is Danielle suggesting she is gay just to sell a song? If it was a ligit, and she is gay,while coming out she would have owned it, instead of the stupid answer, "we're not saying anything" while sprawled across the accompanist's lap and stroking her hair. It was all a little nauseating. If the song was sung without the element of shock, it would have been better received although I am sure the gay community liked it and if it helps to build awareness then something good will come of Danielle's weirdness.

Ive never before felt the need to post a comment in response to any of the housewife blogs, however Danielle can certainly sing, her voice is beautiful and the song was truly touching. Bravo has stumbled upon a goldmine with Ms. Staub, and lets be honest the NJ Housewives would be a total sleeper with out her.
