Hint: One's an Oscar winner and the other's a famous Hollywood mom.

Rosie Pope and Jen Garner, Reese Witherspoon

In case that whole $20 million a movie thing doesn't work out, Rosie Pope has a backup career in mind for a certain Oscar winner.

"I would definitely let Reese Witherspoon babysit my children," the Pregnant in Heels star tells UsWeekly. And joining Reese in Rosie's celebrity babysitters club would be Jen Garner. "Them together could be an amazing nanny combination. They're raising their children in Hollywood and yet their children manage to lead relatively normal lives. As moms, they're there to pick them up from school, they're there to do activities with them and be with them, even with crazy film schedules."

Masters of the balancing act, Reese is mom to 12-year-old Ava and 8-year-old Deacon with ex Ryan Phillippe and one on the way with hubby Jim Toth, while Jen and Ben Affleck's first son Samuel joined big sisters Violet and Seraphina back in February."I think they've formed the foundations of what it means to be a really good, stable parent, despite their career," adds Rosie, who's also a mom of three. "I think that would translate to an excellent nanny if they're available."

Do you agree with Rosie – would you let Reese and Jen babysit your kids? Comment below and be sure to tune in tonight at 10/9c to watch Pregnant in Heels.

I would totally let either of them be my nanny! I love watching Rosies show even though my son is in college. She is very entertaining, just listen a bit her accent is hard, plus if you watch the show, she is working with a speach therapist. (I would get a new one Rosie) As far as crazy baby names, I child will feel comfortable with their name so long as the parents are supportive, who wants to be a sheep anyway and have the same name as everyone else? Thank you for the lovely show Rosie!

Why Her?
Why Her?

Can't understand what this lady (Rosie) is saying most of the time. Her therapist was right in that she does sound like a litle girl. Who is the perfect mom in the beginning? No one. It doesn't matter if you've read all the pregnancy books or go to all the prenatal classes, nothing will prepare you for the unexpected. As for crazy baby names, parents should stick with "simple" and common gender names because the child will be teased by others when they grow up. The child should stand out for their personality and character instead of their name.
