The 4,400-square-foot, two-story penthouse residence, which Yolanda and her husband, Canadian composer David Foster, originally bought and renovated to use as a family retreat six years ago, according to TMZ, has breathtaking views of both the harbor and downtown Victoria.
The property features dark hardwood floors, impossibly high coffered ceilings, a to-die-for kitchen with and island and marble countertops plus white cabinetry, multiple fireplaces, and floor-to-ceiling windows—not to mention an unbelievable walk-out balcony terrace.
Yolanda, who recently became an American citizen, is said to have decorated the three-bedroom, four-bathroom property herself.
The place doesn't look "decadent" to me. To the contrary, it looks tastefully decorated and very comfortable; not overdone or showy in the least.
Will the people that purchase this home, have to erect a shrine to her (for now) husband. And will they be able to sing in it???
