First, Celine Dion wore custom Versace at a hot-dog cart in New York, and the internet lost its mind. But mind-blowing does not even begin to describe the dress that the singer wore to the 2017 Billboard Music Awards—and, no, that is not us being dramatic. Take a peek for yourself:
The angelic look, replete with puffed sleeves that Celine referred to as "clouds," was designed by Stephan Rolland Haute Couture. "Law Roach is my stylist who brought it to me," she told ET. "I said, 'Forget about the rest of all the 15 racks you brought me, this is it.'" Indeed, this mind-numbingly gorgeous look made our jaws drop and our hearts stop—and we're not the only ones.
"I brought maybe 15 dresses [to Celine] and this one, I knew. I did," Law Roach told ET. "I knew when she saw it and she tried it on, it was just [gasp], and when you have that [gasp], you know it's the right one." We so get the gasping—everyone at Bravo HQ let out a communal one when we saw that. gown.
After shutting down the red carpet with her cloudy couture, Celine took the audience on a vocal thrill ride with her performance of "My Heart Will Go On." Goosebumps all around. And, by the way, Celine has only been working with Law Roach for a year, but this relationship is shaping up to be an epic love story that deserves its own ballad.
