A pastry chef named Olga Noskova is making cakes so gorgeous, so blindingly shiny, so original and craveable that we're doing everything we can to get our hands on them right this second. The Feast contacted her to suggest that she please bring us all of them immediately (we'll totally pay her back!)—and to ask how she gets her cakes to turn out so impeccably mirror-like and beautiful. "Oh, if only I had a chance to be invited to the U.S., and I could show the process of baking my cakes," Olga replied. For now she'll stay busy in Ufa, Russia, where she's based, and she'll keep posting her cakes to Instagram (where she had about half a million followers as of press time). So it might be a while before we get to try these. In the meantime, we suggest you feast your eyes on her unreal desserts.

There's just one word for this cake: groovy.
This is Olga Noskova, looking as glam as her desserts:
"I would love all the people who admire my works by the pictures to taste my cakes," Olga told The Feast. Meanwhile, want to try this at home? Here's an instructional video about mirror glazes, strictly for ambitious DIYers:
