Wait—Courteney Cox Gets Facials HOW Often?

Hey, it's better than getting fillers!

7 Skincare Tips to Prep Your Skin For Summer

Friends star Courteney Cox had a realization: “Fillers are not my friend,”  she said in an interview with New Beauty that's incredibly candid, especially for Hollywood. The 53-year-old beauty revealed that she's dissolved all the fillers in her face and is opting for more natural treatments. But it took a heart-to-heart with a friend for her to make that decision.

"Well, what would end up happening is that you go to a doctor who would say, 'You look great, but what would help is a little injection here or filler there.' So you walk out and you don’t look so bad and you think, no one noticed—it’s good," she told New Beauty. "Then somebody tells you about another doctor: 'This person’s amazing. They do this person who looks so natural.' You meet them and they say, 'You should just do this.' The next thing you know, you’re layered and layered and layered. You have no idea because it’s gradual until you go, 'Oh sh*t, this doesn’t look right.' And it’s worse in pictures than in real life. I have one friend who was like, 'Whoa, no more!' I thought, I haven’t done anything in six months. I didn’t realize."

Here's what she believes in instead of fillers: laser treatments like Clear + Brilliant, microcurrent technology, microneedling — and a serious facial routine. "I see Mila Moursi once a week for a facial and I’ve been using her products for years," she says. (PS: so has Courteney's Friends co-star and bestie Jennifer Aniston!)

Weekly facials sound heavenly. But that would be a budget-buster, since Mila's classic European facial at her LA day spa costs $200. Maybe we could replicate Courtney's at-home skincare routine. She says she uses a Clarisonic to wash her face, then applies a warm towel, just like a facial. Then it's time to pile on Mila Moursi products.

"I always put on a peptide of some sort—Mila’s Rejuvenating Serum or a lifting serum," Courtney says. "Sometimes a vitamin C product. I also use her Firming Cream, Oxy Cellular, and AntiWrinkle Cream. I alternate those, or sometimes use all of them, depending on how dry I am." It seems like a process, but Courtney swears that she can do it all in just three minutes. That's a beauty routine we can commit to!
