Prince William, Kate Middleton, and Prince Harry all sat down for a serious chat about feelings.
In a new video, the three discuss topic of mental health ahead of this week's London Marathon, which will support their Heads Together campaign.
Kate talks the pressures of being a mom while Wills and Harry talk about how painful it was to lose their mom, Princess Diana, and admit they haven’t spoken about it enough.
“We've never really talked about losing a mum at such a young age,” Harry says.
Kate addressed Diana too, saying she was proud of how the boys have coped with her death.
“’Considering what you boys sadly went through, the trauma that you experienced... I think it's incredible how strong [you are] and how you've been able to cope really,” she said. “I put that down to your really early years, your childhood experience.”
She also discussed her own motherhood, saying having your first child is “such a life changing moment.”
“Nothing can really prepare you for that. Remember the first few days with little George, you know, you have no idea really what you're doing,” she said.
The three filmed their talk at Kensington Palace.
