Roblé’s number two in the kitchen, Adam was destined for a career in catering- his parents met at the Culinary Institute of America. The company sommelier was raised in Midtown Manhattan and has a BA in Communications and a Minor in Psychology. When he’s not in the kitchen, he loves hiking, Mediterranean cuisine, and his favorite food is pasta.
