Bravo: Do you believe in love at first sight?

Slade: I do believe in love at first sight. I don't know if love at first sight lasts, but I definitely believe it. I've experienced lust at first site, which is very common.

Describe the perfect first date.

The perfect first date would include cooking. My date and I would go to the grocery store and pick out the food. We'd talk along the way and then prepare the food together.

Describe your first kiss.

I was quite young when I had my first kiss. It was with the girl who lived next door, who was a bit older than me. It was the first time I had a girl in my room with the door closed! I lived in the basement of our home at the time and was quite nervous that she was in my room. She grabbed me and kissed me, and to my great dismay my mom had gone outside and looked in the window, and she saw my first kiss! As you can probably guess, my "visitor" was asked to leave.

What's the funniest pickup line you've heard?

Guys are so freaking cheesy. The most creative pick-up line I've heard is, "Hey sweet thing how do you like your eggs in the morning?" or "Is your name as pretty as your face?" Yeah, I've heard some ridiculous lines.

What turns you on?

My number one is intelligence, and the ability to hold a conversation. I'm quite immature and silly and goofy, so even though I'm attracted to very beautiful women, they still have to be able to laugh at themselves and have fun. I live my life that way. If a girl is stuck up or full of herself, it's just not going to work. I don't care what catalog you model for...it just isn't going to work.

What turns you off?

Bad hygiene is definitely a turn off. Unfortunately, bad fashion can be an extreme turn-off. I've run into a few girls out who seem to think they are fashion forward, but unfortunately for them, the 70's haven't made a comeback. The big hair and days of Farrah Fawcett are over.
