After revealing earlier this summer that she was planning on downsizing her breast implants (and asking fans for recommendations on what cup size she should pick!), the Don't Be Tardy mama just confirmed she has officially gone under the knife.
On Wednesday, September 19, Kim shared what appears to be a post-operation photo on her Instagram stories. In the snap, she's bandaged up and wearing a compression bra. She thanked plastic surgeon Dr. Leonard Hochstein (in case you forgot, he's married to The Real Housewives of Miami's Lisa Hochstein), who apparently did the procedure.
