Tara's inspiration: "Well, truth be told, I was home one afternoon watching General Hospital. It had been YEARS since watching, but even with the lag time, I was able to get right back into the story line. It was the day before Brenda and Sonny's wedding (didn't they marry already?). Anyway, she was wearing a pink skirt quite like the one I have on. I had $50 to spend and created the entire outfit from Forever 21 and H&M. On top I'm wearing a cream blouse with a lace vest over it (lace continues to be huge!). The stocking are Betsy Johnson from Marshalls, and the boots are a favorite go to that I've had for years and simply re-sole each each (NY is hard on shoes!)."

Without the patent belt from Topshop it looked a few months preggers. When in doubt, belt it! On the bottom I'm wearing the same as I wore on Wilson's first day. Hey, if it works, wear it!" -

It was a smidge too big, so I belted it with the brushed brass rosette belt. It was a gift from France! The jeans are a comfy fav from Topshop. Lace socks, just a must with the patent toed Chanel pumps (a classic!)." -

With this outfit I show my sense of fashion by mixing patterns and colors that you normally wouldn't do, such as the blue bowtie with little golf icons and the gray plaid jacket and a pink shirt. I love doing the unexpected, yet looking sharp and not a mess.Then I'm wearing low-crotch, high-waisted pants totally off from the preppy vibe -- but then I balanced the whole look by wearing classic wing tips shoes." -
