I was very surprised when Jeff agreed to take up Jackie's slack and "finance" her remodel. I would have never though that he would stick his neck out for a client. That seems very un-Jeff-like. Too much of a risk in my opinion. That Jackie girl is a flake, and not to be trusted to repay anybody. She doesn't even want to DISCUSS money. Jeff, what were you thinking?

I do. I don't know why but i ♥ Jeff Lewis. The guy is addictive. He is an complete lunatic but he is an insanely charming lunatic. I just wanna hug him and then haul his ass to therapy. And then I wanna be a fly on the wall in that therapy because , hands down, JL is the funniest man alive.

I am so proud of the way that you acted with the Jackie phone call. There was NO way in this life did you say one thing to set her off. She is short on funds and will not admit to it. I hope you get your $25k back. It is also wonderful that you acknowledged the way Jen took over. She did a wonderful job. As for Ryan he has stabbed you in the back time and time again. And I agree with Janis, Jackie doesn't have the funds to pay for the project which is most likely why she gets so defensive when talking about money.

I respect you as a person...but you lost cool points. You are crossing boundaries. It is obvious that you are in a tight spot with this Jackie client. However, if you start financing one client then you will be financing all clients. You have to draw the line and from now on...you should get down payment of at least 30 percent. She just wanted to be on TV...she does not have the money...it is her husband's money and she think that she is entitled to 1/2.

Good luck....chalk this up to a lesson learn and move forward....

Jeff, I think your show is great. I find my self wanting to send a resume to you, do to the incompitence of some of your workers. I love your drive and how you know where you want to go and the fact that your are in the drivers seat and dealing with what ever obstacles get in your way. So I am wondering if you read these and if you will send an email reply?

Jeff, I can totally sympathize. I'm a recruiter and in this economy, it's hard getting clients to pay up! Always a bad sign when they avoid the money talk....means they don't have it. Here's this recruiter's advice...give Jenni that holiday bonus; she's the most loyal employee you'll ever have.

I thought it was very generous of Jeff to pay the contractors $25,000 of his own money for Jackie's Bel Air remodel. I think he did it to maintain the integrity of the Jeff Lewis name, which is honorable. Possibly stupid, but generous and honorable nonetheless. Jenni did step up when Jeff was sick and handled both Jackie and Vlad - go Jenni! I realize the viewers don't see all that goes on at Jeff Lewis Design but I can't see how Jeff could question Jenni's allegiance to him when she has stuck around for 8 years while it's been a revolving door with everyone else. LOVE the drama over the bacon incident. Zoila is so funny but I really felt sorry for Jeff (even tho' he called Zoila a bitch). I'm a super huge fan and can't wait for next week's episode!!

Jeff, Glad to see you recovered, next time, go to the hospital right away. Love everyone on the show but after this weeks epi, there is one that is demoted to omfgwtf status.

I realize as a property owner and anal person myself it is hard to give anyone, but yourself control. Especially when you put your hard earned $$$$$ to upgrade of fix a property for someone else's benefit only to be had or put to the run around. so feel your pain.....

Did anyone notice that Jeff did not have a bed skirt on his bed? It looked so weird. That is not like Jeff at all. His attention to detail is flawless; how could he overlook something as basic (and important) as a skirt on his bed. It looked trashy.

I love the camaraderie Jeff exhibits to his staff in a very humorous and subtle way. I think he says what most employers want to say but are afraid of a lawsuit for some whiny discrimination or hostile environment law that protects those that think they are entitled to do what they want and when they want instead of what the employer needs from them. Go, Jeff! If you weren't on TV, I'd definitely try to join your staff (I never did like the camera). Jenni should be happy with the exposure the show is giving her towards her goal of becoming an actress. She truly is a sweetheart.

I love the show and believe it or not, I love you. You are a GREAT PERSON! When I first started watching I didn't think so. After seeing the things that you go through, I have changed my mind.

I thought last nights episode was the best this season! I loved seeing Jennie going into "bitch mode" because she's usually the buffer between Jeff and his clients. I also think my all time favorite line of the series was Jeff saying "this is not Melrose Place and you are not Amanda Woodward". Hilarious! FYI: Jackie seems like too big of a liability to work with!

Jeff, I just want to say, I can see right through you. You are a closet good guy. You really care deeply for people but you have been burned so many times that it's hard for you to trust. You are a little afraid to let the ones whom you care the most about know it because you feel that they could decieve you, probably because it has happened before. I think that those who are closest to you should know that you appreciate and care for them. If they don't then they must be blind because you never fail to express gratitude in the end.

I also think it's really great the way you never forget about all the ones who work for you, how they have families that need to be taken care of. You truly are a blessing to many people.

Being in the const bus. is tough for us all in this economy. What I do is get a 50% deposit up front, then another 30% around the time the client does one of the final inspections, then the last 20% when keys are turned over. It's in my contract so there's no question when I'll get paid. I pay all the subs and it gives me more control over what they are doing and when. If they didn't finish and do it right, they don't get paid until it is right and the mistakes they make comes out of their pockets. So they usually don't make many.
