I think that the episode with Jackie not paying was really misleading, she did pay and on time. You guys were not fair in this episode and did not do anything to make it right.

My boss would love to have a girl like you next to him. I am the next best thing. I believe that Jeff and JJ (my boss), were cut from the same cloth. You and I have very similar responsibilities and they don't have a lot to do with our jobs. Stroking egos can be hard work. However, our line of work is very similar as well. JJ is a top producing Real Estate Broker here in Southern Oregon and I am of course his assistant.

I use to work for a couple of men that were just like Jeff. I wish this program would have been out then so I would be able to watch how you handle each situation with grace, patience and good humor. When they were mean and cruel to me I would just get soooooooooooo ungraceful, impatient and mad. I had no idea there were other men like my bosses. I just thought I was a lousy boss magnet. Hi Jenni. I just wanted to let you know that I think you are really good at your job and...you come off really natural on the show. I'm not sure I would want to work for Jeff so..it says alot about you to have stuck it out for this long. Don't get me wrong...I think Jeff is great. Jenni, I just want to commend you on the great work your doing I watch the show everytime its on. Your very Beautiful, sweet, down to earth, loving and a very intelligent, hardworking girl. You deserve someone special in your life and I personally hope you find that right guy(if i lived in Cali i would definately take you out on a date). I think that deep down, Jeff wants you to be his business partner. I don't think he trusts anyone else like he trusts you. I believe this is why he has made the comments he has to you. It looks as though he is hurt that you have other interests other than working with him. I think he loves you. Not like a girl friend but a true friend that he can trust.

You do a better job with Jeff than anyone else. Keep up the good work.

I think you handled Jackie very well, and it needed to be done. Same with Vlad. What is with these people? Take responsibility and do something! I think these situations contribute to Jeff's rep, but it's actually the fault of the other people. If they would just do what they are supposed to do, there would be no problem. They are just trying to get away with something. Sometimes you have to be the hard-ass if you want to make sure things get done and get done right. Sad state of our society.

This client, Jackie was annoying to watch. It's business, not charity lady!!! not to mention embarrassing... Jeff may be crazy but he's right. He's responsible for all these people and they need to be paid for the work to support their families.
