Speak Your Mind

Jett enjoys JLD's unconventional work environment and gives Jeff props for keeping JLD running as smoothly as it does.

Whoa! There's some big-time drama for sale in this episode. This time around we see Jeff really "earning" his money from nearly all of his clients. As always, Jeff keeps a pretty cool head around the clients and always had valid reasons for things not going according to plan. This professionalism, however, goes right out the window when he's dealing one on one with his employees. Jenni's the recipient of an intense Jeff Lewis freak-out this time, and even gets called a moron. She's been through it many times though, and can hold her own in these arguments. That's the nice part about working in such an unorthodox office environment - we can all talk back without facing any real repercussions for speaking our minds.

I don't go out to too many job sites and really have no idea what's going on most of the time, so watching the show is my first real opportunity to see what happens out there. One thing that constantly comes to mind is how hard Jeff's job really is. He's got a mind-boggling amount of things all going on at the same time, and how he keeps everything running smoothly is a miracle. Well, I guess it doesn't always run smoothly but it's pretty close. Keep it up boss!
