So, in this episode I get some new tasks added to my repertoire after Jeff points out that I don't make him any money. Since my job consists mainly of things that Jeff does not want to do himself, I'm definitely more of a luxury expense than a business asset. And that's cool - I'm totally up for doing new stuff. So I've been helping out by designing some plant arrangements around Valley Oak, placing the landscaping at Finley, and doing some painting. I've enjoyed this because I'll jump at any opportunity to engage my creative side. In addition to having a college degree, I've had about 70 different jobs in my day - so I've got a broad range of skills waiting to be used. I'm confident I can handle any future changes in my job description.
Zoila secures a major victory for herself when she has her work week reduced from seven to six days. Six days a week still sounds like way too many to me, but she's been pretty stoked. Jeff gets after her quite a bit in this episode but then makes up for it by buying her a car. You know - typical employee/employer relations. The Mini's adorable though, it's totally the car version of Zoila.
Jett I don't think it a surprise to that you're multi talented. I'm glad we're getting to see more of you. You are really easy on the eyes my friend!!!
it's REALLY bothering me that you're not in the opening *credits* of the show?!? why?? you're part of the team too and deserve it!! i may need to post this to Jenni's blog so she can add it to Jeff's list :D
Jett, Thank goodness we are seeing your handsome face more. You are wasting your good looks.....you should be male model, not catering to Jeff.
I know that Jeffery Lewis is not that bad person only that he is a perfectionist and I hope that he does have a good heart. You should tell him that the world doesn't end but when one dies that is the end for that person. So treating people with some kindness will lead you so far. Just keep up your job.
Jett: You seem so mellow and eady to be around. I love your baby! Where's the baby's moma? Guess I missed that part of the show that explains the situation. I love the show and all the cast of characters around the Jeff Lewis household. I am confused as to why Jeff allows his cats to walk all over his kitchen counters and eat on the counters as well. I would think with his obsession on cleanliness he would come up with something different. And why does everyone eat so much junk food? You seem to eat the same lunch all the time. Why doesn't Zoila make some sandwiches? Your sweet and good luck with the music. Sheila in Tennessee
Jett, I think the entire cast is awesome. Love Zoila to death. Have a question regarding Jeff....with all of his OCD and knit-picking, why in the world does he let Sarah chomp gum? It's very distracting and not professional at all. He's so worried about making a good impression but the way she chews gum is worse than a cow chewing cud and I can't believe that he hasn't said something to her.
Ok first of all Jett, I envy your last name, that is my favorite color...I also had a question about the OCD issue with your boss...does he have a true OCD or is it that he just likes a clean house? I can see how the two could get confused because when a person likes a clean home, and they are not the one doing the cleaning, it can seem like an OCD based on how they critique the cleaning methods. He couldn't be too OCD if he was willing to handle other peoples urine to spread around his property. I think we are all a little OCD when it comes to certain things in our own lives, for me it is feet...I cannot stand to have feet that touches the ground without cleaning them immediately....this has gone on since childhood....when I go to the beach, the first thing I have to do is water down my feet before I get into the car....If most people think about it, they will find something that is obsessive with them...cool job you have, good luck with the baby, he is a cutie..
Hi Jett, You are so hot and gentle spirited. You are obviously very intelligent. Do you manage other properties outside of his? Jeff needs to move you up from the litter picking jobs and let you loose. I think you are far more valuable in another role. Don't let him hold you down. He wants to control you so he can check you out.
