I Need a Raise
Zoila thinks she deserves a raise for putting up with Jeff (and his electric pen).
Jul 8, 2011I like Jeffrey's new house. It's smaller and easier for me to clean, and I don't have to work so hard. But it's hard for me too, because he can see me all the time, and I can't watch my telenovelas like I used to! I see Jeffrey working so hard this year with all the driving.
He's crazy about not making the mistakes. I tell him no need to watch me, because I am working hard and never make mistakes. He's still keeping a close eye on me though.
Sarah made Guillermo happy posing on the stairs. She looked good, I didn't know she could do that. She needs more practice to being Dawn though. She's not mean enough yet. Maybe Deb is better at the job?
The electric shock pen was no good. Now, everytime I think I want a coffee or lunch, Jeffrey makes me use the shock pen. He's a silly man, Jeffrey Lewis, but I'm making money. I think I need a raise...
Zoila, I just love you! I think Jeff should give you a raise, you are such benefit to him and the show. Keep up your up-beat humor, you have a fan in me.

ZOLA...Do you relize how blessed you are to have a boss who cares sooooo much about you!? I think you need to re-think how powerful your postion is and take it a little easier on the man that makes your living and is so passionate about his family-friends. Jeff needs an office/mediator in his office to run interference and keep a calm so you guys can be more productive. Love you all...T in N.C.

Zoila, you work too hard. You deserve a raise - a big one. You deserve a great deal of respect. Was shocked to learn that you worked at Jeff's grandmother's house also and had off only 2 days per month for yourself. That's not healthy. Make sure you negotiate to take care of you. Take your cute little car, a map and then go to different places in the city of LA and take fotos and enjoy yourself and relax. It would be good for you. You would be a real hit w/ everyone you might meet. Stay away from the weirdos tho'. Tell Jeff to behave himself.
i totally agree with you zoila :) as much as i love jeff, i must say that i think he should respect and appreciate you a bit more. i know it is super hard to have a boss who is a perfectionst to the bone and also has a bit of ocd. but stay strong, stay the way you are. you are perfect and should be getting a bit of a raise. luv ya zoila :)
