SaraSand...obviously you haven't watched this show from the beginning...and Lord help us all if u are a supervisor with any company! Jenny is Jeff's right hand man and Jeff is totally lost and miserable without her! To be honest, I was a little shocked that Jenny did what she did because it really seemed like something Jeff would do and Jenni would get on to him for it. But Jenni is human and therefore, she will do things that are not perfect! And SaraSand, I hope employers are as non-judgemental towards you as you are of Jenni!

JENNI come on honey, you were UnETHICAL.  PERIOD!  The truly sad thing is that you know how this turns out because you were there when it happened early on in this program with Jeff's ex-partner/boyfriend.  Shame on you!  No one should hire you regardless.

In any NORMAL work environment, even becoming close personal friends with a client would be unacceptable behavior, HOWEVER, I think everyone watching this show watches because they are looking for entertainment & Jeff is certainly entertaining, so is Jenny, & Jeff is not even fifty percent of the entertainment, not when you figure in what Jenny, Andrew, & Zoila add, sorry you all know if this show was just Gage, Jeff, & Vernina were the only ones in that office, NOT EVEN JEFF WOULD WATCH!!! It would be impossible to count the number of workplace LAWS let alone, rules Jeff breaks every single day, if it were'nt a t.v. program with some level of 'artistic' license, Jeff would be in the poor house if not jail for such behavior! I love it, exactly my kind of dark sarcastic humor, but Jeff can't continue to turn on & off quicker than Zoila in menopause, c'mon Jeff, she even chose you over her first husband, his fault, but she's loyal, Gage won't even put up with what Jenny manages every day, I think the therapist should offer this advice. Jeff f this about money, he should hang on tight to Jenny, & if it's friendship, hang on TIGHTER!!!

I adore you I really do! On the other hand I've owned a business. I completely understand where Jeff is coming from. It's a very thin line you just don't cross. I understand where you're coming from also trust me I've had the same situation. No matter what Jenni Jeff owns that company and in the end it was HIS client. 

YEAH!!! Jenni is kewl and all is well.As it should be. Now both she and Jeff need to concentrate on having a family and stop the nonsense.

Why is it that Andrew, the complete Liar of all times, was given immunity and a second chance to continue working even after he made just not one lie but told several lies to everyone..Jeff didn't seem to place a moralistic tag on that situation..but kept him on board after his entire staff felt he should have fired Andrew..

Jenni has history and a long standing relationship with Jeff..you would think he would extend her the same right to immunity that obviously is the policy at their office if you don't tell the truth..

Jenni doesn't need Jeff..she shines all on her own..deep down he knows this..

Wow! Why do these grouchy women watch this show if they don't like Jeff Lewis?! I think he's hilarious and the two of you together are a bright ray of sunshine! At least until you read the blog comments. These Real Housewives need to turn off the show and go wash their husbands tighty wighties! I know you're busy but I wouldn't let people talk that way about my friend. :-/

SORRY, didn't realize that I hit 'post'.  But, I'm thinking on a personal note that Jeff can't handle that Jenni is married and trying to have a family.  He has had her all to himself basically for a lot of years now.  I have personal experience in having a gay person in my life who was okay until I met someone that asked me to marry him and then all of a sudden everything went haywire in our relationship.  He actually asked me to marry him once I was in a committed relationship because he didn't want to lose me as a best friend.  Jeff is going through something similar and is afraid that he is going to lose Jenni especially now that she is married and thinking about starting a family.  In his heart of hearts he doesn't want to lose Jenni.  Jeff has had a HUGE year and is not dealing with it like normal people do.  He loves his new home, yet his other half of his brain is thinking that if he can make a Huge profit on the house, then sell it.  Gage is totally attached to the house and wanting to start a family with Jeff but feels insecure that Jeff could sell it at any time.  We have all seen that Jeff is going through A 'LOT' this season with finances/homes'staff and is not dealing with it like the common person would.  Heck, he's had almost everyone in his life in with Dr. Donna for therapy and were does the common line lie?  WITH JEFF!!!  It's almost like he's bitten off more than he can chew this season.  He's got sooooo much going on and his career is in full bloom; his love life is on the tract he'd hoped for; his employees are thriving (even though he needs to quit hiring friends for SURE).  Soooo much is going on in Jeff's life and he's just not quite ready to deal with it all head on.  It seems that he's a little bit farther ahead than he expected and he's not prepared.  That is just my opinion, but he can really go full steams ahead if he handles things right right now.  The thing with Jenni is just a detour and he doesn't know how to handle it.  As we have all seen, Jeff is HUGE with his employees owning up to their mistakes.  If they don't, he goes ballistic on them and comps at the bit until they say the exact  words that he wants to hear and doesn't let up until he hears them.  That is just Jeff.

Jenni needs to verbally say that she shouldn't have taken that client up on the Cabo offer and let dying dogs lie.  Jeff is obsessed with hearing the words he wants to hear from his employees as we've seen in the past.  I love Jeff and Jenni and Zoila and the show.  I would HATE to see Jeff and Jenni break up over something like this.  They need to work it out.  For some reason..... I "GET" JEFF.  I get his quirkiness; his weird sense of humor and all of it.  I don't agree with it all.  There are things that Jeff needs to learn by running a business and handling his staff and also things that he needs to learn with handling business associates.  Not sure if he'll do it, but I'm hoping for the best.  I'm so curious to see how this turns out, but would be absolutely HEART BROKEN to see a Jeff/Jenni breakup because those two are kindred spirits and belong as friends and possibly still co-workers.  Jenni loves Jeff to death and she's there for him and always has been.  He's been attacking everyone close to him this year if you notice.  I just don't think that Jeff is used to people being there for him and loving him as much as Jenni and Zoila do and doesn't know what to do with those feelings.  Anyways, I don't want to see Jenni leave and I want to see the Jenni/Jeff and Jeff/Zoila and even the Jeff/Gage relationships flourish and blossom as I know they can.

I have read a whole bunch of these posts on this subject and I agree/disagree with so many of them that I just decided to share my opinion.  I have watch this show since day one/season one.  Yes, I agree that Jeff has been really tough on Jenni through the years, and he DEFINITELY crossed the line crossed the Boss/Employee line with how he talks to her and treats her at times, but most especially saying things about Jenni to clients and other employees and reprimanding

I don't have sympathy for people like Jenni. If she felt Jeff was so miserable to work for, then she should have gotten a different job a long time ago instead of milking this one for all its benefits. I feel like I've been watching a different show all these years, because I have always found Jenni to be extremely annoying, and as equally unprofessional and immature as Jeff. The difference here is it's Jeff's business, not hers. Posters keep reminding us that it was Jenni and Chris' idea for this show (which turned into a totally different show, didn't it?), but Jenni is the one who should be thanking Jeff for exposing Chris for the con artist that he is. She’s such a pushover and so gullible she would probably still be married to him if Jeff hadn't caught him in his discrepancies. Posters keep harping on Jeff's personality, but frankly, if I had such incompetent people working for me, I'd be a jerk too. It is unfortunate that Jeff keeps sabotaging himself by hiring such incompetent people, and that is his fault, but if he had a staff of respectable, professional people, he'd likely raise the bar for himself. You might have noticed that Jeff rarely makes a business related mistake, and if he does, he owns it. I don’t mean his immaturity with clients (which is a problem), but the actually decision making, financial aspects, and so on. He only screws up when it come to the social aspects of his business. Jeff is no angel but I understand him (and Gage) better than the people he is surrounded by. Seriously, have the viewers not seen all the business related mistakes Jenni has repeatedly made over the years? She’s clueless or delusional to think her rapping is good or that she has a career in acting is. She clearly isn't aware of the reality surrounding her, or she never would have married the con artist, or remained working with Jeff when they have a toxic relationship, or been so unaware of how she was a greedy narcissist about her wedding (yeah, I find displays of excess and greed and needless wastes of money sickening, on anyone, but especially on a second wedding. And why wasn’t her fiance paying for anything, especially since he is getting air time for his business. See how everyone profits on this show?).  You don't stay in those kinds of toxic relationships unless you are getting something out of them. For Jenni, she was getting a paycheck even though she made many mistakes and couldn't commit to the business (because of that aspiring rap career......), and all the benefits that come with working for Jeff. Free trips, food, and whatever else comes with it. Remember the New York trip where Jenni whined because she wasn't invited? She worked her way back into that trip.  Yeah, Jeff is mean, but I wouldn’t work for someone who was that mean if I couldn’t find a way to negotiate that part of the relationship together, which I could. For some reason, the only time Jenni stands up for herself and refuses to back down are the times when she is actually wrong, and actually should apologize. She never does that when Jeff is completely wrong and cruel, only when she really has made a mistake and won’t own it. Funny how she can be tough when she’s “acting” as Deb, but not when she’s just herself. And yes, Deb is unprofessional as the rest of them. If Jenni is no longer on this show, I'll still watch. I watch it for Jeff and the design and business aspect, not for the circus entertainment. But I do hope the show will focus on addressing Jeff's many, many, MANY issues that are undermining all his relationships and his ability to interesting, informative, fun, and non-toxic entertainment.

You lied.  Period.  You used Jeff's connections for a personal favor.  That's a huge no-no.  Own up to it.  It's probably too late at this point, considering your attempt at a 'tell all' book.  This isn't 100% on Jeff but go ahead and hold firm - all of your friends will look at you differently now, even if they wont admit it.

Jennie if he does FIRE you then I FIRE HIM!! How awful of him. To think of all the terrible things he has put you through throughout the years and YOU TOOK IT, Amazing he has the Balls to do this to you. How many times have you pulled his butt out of terrible spots he has gotten himself into. How many free meals did he take from that lady he redid the eating place  for? He is such a Hypocrite. I think it is very cruel of Jeff to flip out on Jenni for going to Cabo. 

If Jenni leaves the show I won't be watching it.  Jeff needs all the buffers around him, including Jenni. 

I think there is more to this than what Jenni did in this circumstanc and it is making me not trust Jeff Lewis and his proclaimed genuineness.  .

I am not really sure why Jeff is so beside himself. He has been hard to watch this season, lashing out at everyone. He is so unbearable to all of the cast. I am not a Gage fan but he has been a real a hole to him too. If  you go it is over for me. Your number one, Zoila number 2 and Andrew number three. Jeff  should probably stop doing this show and start building a happier life without humiliating anyone else.

Honestly I just saw the last episode and this is not about Kabo this is about Jenni finding her own life with her new husband and having a family.  I have been a fan sense the beginning but this is just wrong.  Jeff is out of control.  Let roll the camras back to the meeting with the paint distributers.  He can't control him self regardless to the cost and the cost is Gage's hard work.   Now HE has decided that he's been wronged and to heck with lifes it effects!  Jeff you have really disappointed me and I WILL NOT CONTINUE TO WATCH YOUR SHOW.

Jeff  needs to lead by example.  Jeff takes full advantage of his relationships with his "Clients".  He has no problem staying the night, eating, and having several drinks at his clients home.   He is so unprofessional.  If he has a problem with employees maintaining

a professional distance then he should do the same.  Unless its against company policy I

don't see what Jenni did was wrong.  If he could do it then she could too.  Jenni is better off

Bravo, Jeff Lewis may be a nice guy, but without Jenni - who cares.  Does anyone want to stay and watch Gage?  I thought not.  how about giving Jenni her own show? 

That you know is the real reason, Jenni's commercials are on all the time - She was getting Bigger than Jeff, and he cannot handle it.

Jenni, how much are you willing to put up with?  Now that Jeff is supposedly suing you, as I"m reading in the news, are you still anxious to keep him as a friend??

Bad move Jeff. You have been looking for a way to get rid of Jenni b/c you FEAR her exiting your life. Like Kingbaby 1 said, you had to blow something up in order to have a reason to let her go. So that way you can control how this relationship comes to an end. You think that you make the show...well you don't. Jenni helped balance you...I will now remove your show from my DVR once she's off. You need to find another therapist who will tell you the truth about who you are and stop "tickling" your ears and taking your cash. But then again you pay people to tell you what you want to hear. You are so predictable. Jenni, I hope Bravo gives you your own show...and you bury Jeff in ratings. Maybe Ziola can go work for you...maybe you can get all of the rest of the ppl Jeff has kicked to the curb to make an appearance :) best of luck Jenni....you deserve so much better than him as a boss.

Good news! you have a hot intelligent KIND hubby and are happy. Jeff has Gage...Karma.  Ziola is next then cutie Andrew.  The insecure weird one is removing anyone Jeff loves.  Look at the list of cast members, all gone. IF anyone should still be on their knees for forgiveness its Jeff,  after his insulting comment in front of all your and your husbands friends and family.  That's your Boss?  what a pompass  A-hole.   Also doubt if I'll watch any more.  Was my favorite and Gage turned it ugly.

I think Jeff is scared of losing Jenni in his life and he is pushing her away before circumstances pull her away so he can control the pain and maybe just get it over all at once. He wants her to himself if he can't have her on his terms, then he will look for a reason to toss her out on her ear and make it look like she wronged him. He's such a drama queen. I love you Jenni. He will miss you.

If Jenni leaves the show, I will not be watching.  I like Jeff, but the show is nothing without Jenni.

I, like so many others, have watched Jeff berate Jenni for years  I have tolerated it because I thought it was part of Jeff'[s schtick...however, I have come to realize that Jeff is pretty sick and narcissistic.  Sadly, I think he so loathes himself that he pushes everyone away  Jenni has been so loyal to him, if he continues this rant and she leaves, I am done with him.  Sad this man never seems to learn that his belittling hurts people.  Come on Jeff, apologize for once

Jenni, I have been watching this show for as long as it has been airing.  You have put up with much more than I would have.  Jeff has made fun of you, degraded you, humiliated you, over and over again.  I would have walked a long time ago but it is obvious how loyal you are to him.  The fact you did not reveal fully your trip to Mexico from client, it is what it is.  It did not look unprofessional, it appeared you have some awesome close bussiness ties, people who respect you.  If you leave the show,  I will no longer watch that show.  The only two I enjoy watching are Ziola and you.  Jeff I put up with .  Get over it Jeff.  I honestly believe this is your departure anyways and  you want to blow it up big, you planned to leave the show anyway.  Working for Jeff is one big drama,...can't stand personlly living with drama.

Jeffrey's getting pressure from his wife-man to start a family -- living/working with Jenny now that she has announced she wants to start family (after all that Jeffrey has done to help her!) ... is IMO more than he can deal with ...  

It is a little sneaky.  Jenni should have run it by Jeff before accepting any favors from his clients.  This is a perfect example of "why ask permission when you can ask for forgiveness?Jenni knew Jeff would be upset...she just didn't realize he might consider it unforgivable.

Jenni: You messed-up asking The Rocker to sing at your wedding and taking The Free Cabo House offer. Then, you messed-up again by not immediately accepting the blame and apologizing to Jeff. Your decisions to solicit and accept clients' offers was not a professional move and you obviously crossed Jeff's boundaries of comfort. Hope you two work it out and all ends well. Peace.

Jenni, its true you didn't lie to Jeff, you just omitted telling him the truth.  It was unprofessional to accept a free vacation from a business associate.  However, Jeff is totally unprofessional in his dealings with staff and clients, so its kinda like the pot calling the kettle black.  I don't think what you did warrants his ranting and bad behavior.  But I do think you should have told him what you were doing before doing it.
