Mammary Madness at Jeff Lewis Design

Jenni had a tough week as the head of HR between Andrew's comments and Vanina's boob job.

At Gramercy Jeff finds bronzer on his schedule and says it matches...Megan.
Andy wants to know: "Who is she?"
Megan seems to be taking her Jeff Lewis Design learning curve in stride.

Client Kelly Wagner and Jeff go way back, so he thinks her remodel will be a quickie.
She has a new boyfriend and a fixed budget for Jeff's services.

Jeff volunteers TMI: cuddling is not his thing
Saying Gage gets lucky on his birthday.

Jeff wants to give a present of new breasts to Vanina.
He thinks it will put an end to her boyfriend breakup tears.
As head of Human Resources I have my doubts.
Is this really what should transpire in an office?
Jeff's focus is fixed on Double D.
"Great specials" is music to Jeff's ears.
He is on the phone breast shopping.
This man wants serious breasts for his buck.
"Oh my God that's the best gift ever!"
Is that a voice from the clinic on speaker?
I put my head down and try to type.
Why does the room feel like its spinning?
Zoila and Andy join in the mammary madness.
Jeff is obsessed times ten with breasts.
I tell him big jugs on a small frame are just lame.
Jeff discusses my breasts and how I display them.
I contemplate writing up my boss and complaining to myself. The Wagner remodel has a complication – rats.
Frank is not enthusiastic about banishing the vermin and their poop.
It's all about the insulation.
Where did work ethic go?

Human Resources (me) questions:
Should the size of Vanina's breasts be center stage in our work place?
Vanina is modeling sizes in the office.
Jeff says stripper boobs will help her find a man.
HR at Jeff Lewis Design is an exercise in frustration.
Jeff wants to write me up because I'm fat…I'm pregnant, Jeff.

Shopping for the Wagner remodel
Client Kelly tells the Asian salesman she has a problem with Asian toilets.
Jeff questions this as a price reducing technique.

I am thirty seven weeks and counting.
To C section or not to C section, that is one of our lunch questions.
I am currently a large target for inappropriate office commentary.
And lunch becomes the Vagina Monologues.
Jeff weighs in on what he thinks are my private part concerns.
Andy presents himself as a location expert.
"Hot dog in a hallway" …he has now, again, taken it too far.
I think this office needs a form with warnings for potential hires.
Can you handle the free fall in the no boundary land of Jeff Lewis Design?
Jeff repeats "tight, tight hallway" and I would like to hide but I am huge.

Vanina gets a consult for the breast exam and Jeff makes this a group activity.
Doctor Evans talks about symmetry.
Andy also is a breast supporter and go big or go home is his mantra.
Jeff stresses the importance of a large impression.
390 seems to be the magic number.
Vanina changed her mind to 360 and Jeff is distressed.

Andy wants to do some of the jobs Jeff  has assigned to Megan.
He thinks crossing the line of appropriate with her is venting.
Megan is not amused with his "black caulk" and hole in the wall activity.Jeff and Megan are in Pacific Palisades with new clients.
Hania and Amir Yazdi are getting a million dollar remodel.
Jeff is hoping Hania's large breasts will inspire Vanina.

The rat problem in the insulation on the Wagner job site has Jeff and Frank squaring off.
I ask Jeff to be aware of what he is saying in respect to worker safety.
At YOUnique the medical spa Vanina's mom Anna Maria questions her wanting implants.
She has never had surgery.
Doctor Fine understands the fears and there are tears.

Megan thinks lunch has a starring role at Jeff Lewis Design.
Jeff says the lady in the grocery store says he's puffy.
He tells Zoila, "No dinners...we are fat."
Zoila has a problem with that "we."

Vanina heads to the recovery center and I almost fall out of a door.
Jeff wants to know the size of his purchase.
Group visit to Vanina at the recovery center.
As head of HR at Jeff Lewis Design I feel like a failing parent.
Andrew's fascination with Vanina's new rack gets him a write up.
Vanina says she has no regrets and is extremely happy.
I breathe a sigh of relief.

Location Wagner Remodel: Jim and Kelly have an over budget discussion with Jeff.
I offer my house as shelter for a week during construction to keep down expenses.Andrew knows he should not be singing a "beaver" song to Megan.
He is reported.
She is horrified with his crude creativity.
Andrew already has a large file of previous infractions.
I attempt to make him understand this behavior could get litigious.
He apologizes to Megan but cannot resist crossing the line immediately.

Jeff's is obsessed with his gift to Vanina.
Gage even looked...and felt ashamed.
Jeff is looking at Double D reality and is over the moon.

NEXT WEEK ON FLIPPING OUT
Arizona, here comes Jeff Lewis Design!
Jeff's grandmother goes on the attack, and I'm the target.

Zoila was Kidnapped by "Inappropriate Aliens"

Jenni discusses her return to the HR nightmare that Jeff's office had become.

I'M MISSED, I'M A MOMMY, I'M COMING BACK AND CALLED...MOM

At Gramercy Jeff says "Jenni can scan" when no one else can.
I guess I'm missed.
Megan forgets Chaz's file.
"Think I'd rather have that pregnant girl back."
Jeff and Megan's car conversation
Makes me believe.
I guess I'm missed.

Chaz's La Mirada remodel has a tight, no-nonsense budget.
Termites and water damage add to the challenge.

Andy gets some tough love with a reminder…
Do not double park your car in the street with the keys inside.

Citrus, Jeff's rental property, is a lesson for Megan in Jeff Lewis Property Management.
I bet she does not think it involves hands-on trash can super skills.
"If we're at a job site and something needs to be done, Jenni and I just get our hands dirty and we do it."
I guess I'm missed.
I have major dumpster skills, so smelly trash cans are no biggie. Megan thinks being an assistant is a little bit of a step backwards for her.
As Jeff's assistant I have had to happily go backward and forward.

Remodeling Jeff's client Kelly's house cost more than expected.
Jeff takes Kelly shopping at Living Spaces for great finds at a reasonable price.

I return to Gramercy with baby pictures for a cocktail hour to celebrate Megan's birthday. Andy makes sure it is Rated X, and as HR I throw my hands in the air.
Zoila gives herself a suggestive chest rub and has concern about "goes boom."
Zoila has been kidnapped by the inappropriate aliens.

Kelly's renovation is complete and the team places furniture and accessories.
Jeff"s long friendship with Kelly gives this job added importance.
After her birthday night date, Megan is hung over and horizontal on the job.

Kelly moved into her boyfriend's home which has been remodeled and redecorated.
Now it is their home and they are beyond thrilled.
Another win for Jeff Lewis Design!

Jeff and being late do not mix.
Megan has a packed freeway highlighting her scheduling error.
At La Mirada they are not happy about the half hour delay.
Chaz's business manager, Nuria, is not a Jeff fan and keeps a tight fist on the numbers. Megan is having trouble filling in for me -- she calls it "daunting."
Jeff is on Megan error overload. The office can be an oversized playpen.
Computerized insults and a vocabulary list of computer speak that would be hot fun if you're ten are hurled.

Jeff's budget for La Mirada will have Chaz's business manager in explode mode.
Great FYI: clear communication with your contractor is a must.
Change orders are cash cows, so clarity is king.

Megan is doing her best balancing the work and mommy "hood."
She has not one but two at home.
Three full time jobs.
Jeff tells Megan, "No texting your nanny…it's constant."

Jeff and I have a Japanese lunch.
Jeff wants me back ASAP.
He missed me, he really missed me.
I told him the office atmosphere is over the edge.
Back on track has to be the writing on this office wall.
My Jeff Lewis Design Cleanse is now over, and I am officially back to work.
To make my position clear Buzz Kill 101 is what I want on my t-shirt.

With client Chaz we are talking toilets.
Massaging someone for a deal is all in a day's work.
When the numbers are great, I give hugs.

Jeff says I am a prank suppressor and calls me "mom."
What boss thinks putting a small snake in Andy's shirt is a plan?
Andy nearly falls in the pool and as HR I am at a total loss.
What alternate universe have I returned to?

Nuria, Chaz's business manager, and Jeff have a numbers smack-down.
Jeff does not like to be beaten up over money.
"I like his old business manager better" is Jeff's exit line.NEXT WEEK ON FLIPPING OUT
Things are totally out of control.
What to do?
Dr. Donna to the rescue!
