Ingredients
- 3 lbs Yukon Gold Potatoes, unpeeled and sliced in ¼ inch pieces
- 1 quart Cream
- 1/2 cup Butter, room temperature, cut into 8 pieces
- Salt & Pepper
- 4 cups grated Grano Padano Cheese
- 1/2 cup Panko Crumbs
Directions
1. Butter a 3-quart casserole pan (9x11).
2. Layer potatoes, butter, cream and cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Finish with breadcrumbs.
4. Bake for 45-50 minutes at 375 degrees.
