Top Chef Masters, Season 3, Episode 8, Quickfire Challenge
1. Combine chanterelles and bacon in Ziploc bag for 20 seconds in the microwave.
2. Combine eggs, cream, salt and pepper and whisk. Add chanterelles, bacon, shallots and spinach and whisk.
3. Add butter to microwavable dish. Add egg to dish and put in microwave. Heat for 15 seconds. Remove and whisk. Put back and cook for 15 seconds. Remove and whisk.
4. Add halved tomatoes to microwave dish and whisk. Reheat for 15 seconds. Remove and whisk eggs. Continue until cooked.
5. Garnish with parsley.
