French Wedding Cake: Croque-en-Bouche

Ingredients
Cake:
- Flour
- Water
- Butter
- Sugar
- Eggs
Gran Marnier Cream:
- Gran Marnier Liqueur
- 10 Eggs
- 1 Liter Milk
- Sugar
- Vanilla
- Orange Zest
Directions
Cake:
1. Boil water and butter together.
2. Pour in flour.
3. Slowly add in eggs and turn into a paste.
4. Pipe in a tray and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
5. Cook sugar and water in a saucepan until golden brown and sprinkle all over the cake once you have built it.
Gran Marnier Cream:
1 Heat up the milk.
2 Mix the sugar and flour together, and bring to a boil.
