Ingredients

  • 1 lb halibut filet, skinless and deboned
  • 1 lb tuna filet, skinless and deboned
  • 1 lb salmon filet, skinless and deboned
  • 1 head butter lettuce
  • 1 cup lime juice
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper
  • ½ cup dry corn
  • 1 jalapeno, thinly sliced
  • ½ shallot, finely chopped
  • 1 green apple, small diced
  • 1 bunch cilantro leaves, finely chopped

Directions

1. Separately chop fish into small dice.

2. Mix lime juice with olive oil and divide into three bowls. Add fish separately in each bowl. Season with salt and ground black pepper. Stir well and let marinate for about 10 minutes.

3. Take the heart of the lettuce and select leaves that are shaped like a cup. Place one of the fish in each lettuce cup.

To Serve:

1. Place each fish into a lettuce cup and arrange all three on plate.

2. Top halibut with dry corn, tuna with jalapeno and shallots, and salmon with apples.

3. Garnish with cilantro.
