3 or 4 PIECES PER PERSON
FRENCH TOAST
Mix the yolks, cream, and vanilla bean well in a large bowl. Right before serving, soak the cubes in the mix for 2 minutes before cooking. Make sure the cubes are golden brown on all sides.
BANANAS
Coat the banana cubes well with the sugar. Brown each side with a blow torch until golden brown.
MAPLE SYRUP FLUFF
Mix everything well in a bowl. Then add the base to an electric mixer and mix until fluff foams, about 5 minutes. Reserve until needed.
ORANGE SAUCE
Mix everything well and reduce to sauce consistency.
