Polenta:
1. Combine stock, milk and salt. Bring to a boil.
2. Stir in polenta and cook until not got grainy
Sausage:
1. Pour a layer of polenta in terrine
2. Crumble Italian sausage over polenta
3. Pour polenta over sausage
4. Sprinkle cheese and peppers
5. Pour polenta over. Sprinkle kale over.
Salad:
1. Toss all ingredients together
Assembly:
1. Slice sausage polenta terrine and sprinkle with parmesan. Place in salamander and slightly brown. On a plate, place salad and top with terrine.
