Spiced Chocolate Molten Cake

Ingredients

6 eggs
6 egg yolks
1.5 cups sugar
.5 cups flour
11 oz semi sweet chocolate
9 ozs butter
.5 cup chocolate chunks, roughly chopped
Pince salt
1 teaspoon star anise, ground
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Directions

Pre heat convection oven to 325 degrees. Melt chocolate and butter, add sugar and dissolve.  Let cool and temper chocolate into whisked eggs. Add flour and spices and chocolate chunks. Place in buttered ramekins about 2/3 up the sides. Cook about 15 mins. The cakes should still be liquid in the inside but set on the outside. Cool, and serve.
