Pork Ribs
1 Rack of ribs
5 T Cajun seasoning
1 cup BBQ sauce
½ cup black coffee
1 ham hock Season ribs with spice, put in roasting pan with ingredients.
Wrap in aluminum foil, cook at 325 degrees for 2 hours, remove from pan and finish on hot grill.
Vietnamese Salad
½ cup Cilantro, roughly chopped
½ cup Basil, roughly chopped
½ cup Mint, roughly chopped
2 t. graded ginger Juice from half a lime
1 t. fish sauce
½ of one small jalapeño, shaved
4 radishes, sliced thinly
Combine and toss
Smoked Peaches
2 peaches quartered
Place peaches on smoky grill for 2 minutes
