Here's everything you need to know about her party-ready hair and makeup.

Shop the Look: Delia's Engagement Party

While getting Phoebe's all-white Balmain bustier caped jacket and pant ensemble might not be feasible, it turns out copying her hair and makeup isn't so difficult. ULTA Beauty's makeup artist Brittney Ounanian gave us step-by-step instructions on how to recreate her gorgeous engagement party style.

Makeup:

Step 1: Give yourself flawless skin by applying the appropriate shade of bareMinerals bareSkin Serum Foundation to your entire face.

Step 2: Create a neutral smoky eye using browns, nudes and bronze tones - we love the Lorac Mega Pro 2 palette. Apply a lighter shade to the entire lid. Then, using your IT Brushes for Ulta crease brush, dab a darker brown shade in the crease area of your eye for a more dramatic effect.

Step 3: Define your eyes by adding a 2-3 coats of Smashbox Full Exposure mascara. The big bristles make for luscious lashes!

Step 4: Finish your look with a pop of color on the lip. NYX Liquid Suede red lip is long lasting, matte and vibrant. It’s sure to turn heads in a crowd!

Hair:

Step 1: Mist Redken's Pillow Proof Primer onto damp hair to prime the hair, give heat protection and speed up blow dry time. Dry the hair section by section using a boar bristle round brush to promote movement and shine.

Step 2: Use a 1” Hot tools Curling Iron to create a glamorous, soft wave. Work from the bottom up and take 1” by 1” sections. Wrap each section of hair around the iron, holding the ends of the hair until the curl is set. After each section has been curled, spray with Redken's Fashion Work12 for a flexible hold.

Step 3: Use a teasing comb to create volume in the crown. Sprinkle each section with Big Sexy Powder Play to add instant texture and long lasting volume!

Step 4: Swoop all of your hair to one side. Use bobby pins at the hairline to secure the hair onto one side. Then, take a piece from your fringe area and loosely pin it to the side.
