Josh Flagg and Bobby Byrd are undertaking a massive renovation on their new Beverly Hills estate, which the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles power agent and his husband snapped up over the summer for almost a million dollars under the asking price. The 4,565 square-foot property was built in 1928, and featured five bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms before the makeover started. It's currently a total construction zone, which Josh showed off on social media.
"The Boyd Flagg residence," he wrote in an Instagram post. "The fastest rebuild in the history of man. Coming to a theater near you soon."
"There are literally 60 people," he said in the accompanying video, which pans around the house to show how many people are working on it. "This may be the biggest crew in the history of man."
He showed off even more of the rebuild in his Instagram stories, including sorting through different options for fixtures. Yes, we're stalking here, but those options are all looking very ornate and opulent... no surprise there!
With all that manpower, here's hoping Josh and Bobby are in their new digs by the holidays.
