If Prince Harry goes to JuJu, it must be a place to be. This Chelsea cocktail bar is not just a great place to see celebs — but also a place to score award-winning, hand-crafted cocktails. It's open to everyone, but you'll need to be on the list. And of course, sometimes it's closed for private events. 2. Boom Boom Room, New York
Boom Boom Room has been a popular party place for ages and hasn't changed with A-listers still coming to the rooftop of the Standard Hotel for their late-night drinks. Lady Gaga, Kate Hudson, and Neil Patrick Harris are regulars — and yes, this is where that famous fight went down in the elevator between Solange Knowles and Jay-Z.
