With Kandi Koated Nights now in full swing, Andy Cohen wanted some Quickfire sex tips from Kandi Burruss when she appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen. She's been known to recommend putting sugar in the vagina before making love, and Andy's "sexually inept" writers as well as guest Aisha Tyler wanted to know exactly how that works.
She explained that she wets her finger, dips it in sugar and then puts her finger inside of her in order to create an illusion.
"It makes your vagina feel like it's grabbing him more," she explained. "It clings a little bit more."
She learned about this from an elder.
"An old lady told me this: Baby, you put that sugar up there, it make you have a snapper down there."
If this sounds enticing enough to try in the bedroom, a word of warning: Gynecologists are not into the idea at all.
"As a general rule of thumb, you don't want to insert anything edible into your vagina that you can't easily remove," says Dr. Hilda Hutcherson told Health. "If it stays there, it can upset the balance of good bacteria and acids in your vagina, setting you up for infection."
