Todd: Carmon Can't Separate Business and Friendship

Todd weighs in on the drama with Carmon and Georgia's football skills.

By Todd Tucker

Bravotv.com: Were you really trying to play it cool around Kandi when you first met in Africa?
Todd Tucker: I was trying to play it cool in Africa as it's against the rules to cross the line with the talent. In Production that's a big NO NO!

Bravotv.com: What was your first impression of Kandi when you met her?
Todd: I loved her smile, she had a great butt! LOL! She seemed very humble and genuine.

Bravotv.com: Did you have any reservations about planning the wedding yourselves?
Todd: I wanted no part of planning the wedding, I just wanted to enjoy our wedding day! It was a big production, and I didn't want to have to deal with vendors being on time as I walked down the aisle.

Bravotv.com: Were you surprised by the slow start and lack of enthusiasm from the team?
Todd: I was very surprised at the slow start as they are all getting paid a weekly wage. I felt like if you're not excited because you're helping Kandi with her dream wedding, then at least do what your paid to do.

Bravotv.com: Did you think Carmon was going to take your critiques so personally?
Todd: I wasn't surprised that Carmon took my critiques so personally. She has a problem separating the business and the personal when it comes to her job. That's why I think it's not a good idea to hire friends or family to work directly for you.Bravotv.com: Was it a relief to have Kandi's aunts on board with the wedding? Have you gotten closer with them?
Todd: I was very happy Kandi's aunts were on board for the wedding. I felt like if they could jump on board, then Momma Joyce would be next. My relationship with Kandi's aunts is great. Not so much with Momma Joyce.

Bravotv.com: Has Georgia's football game improved?
Todd: Georgia has retired from the game of football. She's going to be our mascot.Bravotv.com: Do you think that Carmon overreacted to the situation?
Todd: Carmon overreacted, but that's what happens when you can't separate the business and the personal!

Bravotv.com: Do you think Carmon did the right thing by quitting?
Todd: I think whenever you don't like your job and you're not going to be a positive force within the work place, then you should quit. Carmon is not going anywhere; she always quits and comes back the following Monday like nothing happened.
