Taste of the South: Buttermilk biscuits with cheddar pimento spread and cornbread with tupelo honey, South Kitchen's famous fried chicken with black pepper gravy, creamy southern style three-cheese mac and cheese, garlic sauteed Georgia white shrimp over logan turnpike grits 

Carving Station: Garlic and herb roasted beef tenderloin with horseradish cream and herb vinegars, garlic mashed potatoes, garlic mashed potatoes, and sauteed green beans

Noodle Bar Station: Pad Thai rice noodles with shrimp, beef, and chicken; shrimp stir fried with water chestnuts, baby corn, shiitake mushrooms, and sweet & spicy sauce; grilled flank steak stir fried with scallions, baby corn, broccolini, shiitake mushrooms, and spicy garlic teriyaki sauce; chicken breast stir-fried with snow peas, red peppers, carrots, wilted spinach, and light sesame sauce.

Dessert Station: Banana pudding, peach shortcake trifle, pound cake layered with bourbon splashed peaches and chantilly, pie pops (apple, blueberry, and cherry), cheesecake on a stick
