Find out what's currently on Kathy's load-in playlist.

When we were taping last night’s episode of Kathy, I spoke on Kathy’s panel about how when I interviewed Miley Cyrus for Teen Vogue back in 2009, to break the ice with the actress formerly known as Hannah Montana, I brought her a bunch of mix CDs.

I recently bumped into Miley at an Oscar party and she told me she still keeps them in her car. Who knows if she was telling the truth? This is, after all, a 19-year-old woman who shows up at an award show basically pants-less in a white Jean Paul Gaultier jacket. Adding fuel to the fire, she apparently got her on-again, off-again, who-knows-if-it’s-on-again boyfriend, Liam Hemsworth, a cake in the shape of a giant unmentionable part of a black man’s anatomy for his birthday.

The point is -- and I don’t mean to toot my own horn here -- three years later, Miley was still talking about my taste in music.

Each week before we tape Kathy, we play “load-in” music to get the audience and Kathy hyped up for the show. The job of putting together that mix usually falls to Kathy’s assistant, Tiffany. Tiffany has been doing Kathy’s “load-in” music for her various stand-up shows for the last six years.

I absolutely loved tonight's Kathy. I have watched the show every week and frankly I've had a difficult time getting the format and felt that having other comedians as guest would really help. Tonights show delivered because Kathy had 3 very funny comedians. I love the twins and they are a perfect match with Kathy and her humor. The twins should be permanent guests. The show keeps getting better every week. I love you Kathy.

Do not like the show like I thought I would. Normally I like Kathy, but she acts so high and mighty, her gestures are obnoxious and condescending. She seems nervous and forcing it. I avoid the show at all costs.

Love Kathy, as always. Like that her mother is part of the show too. I like her music intro that she sang herself. I think it sounds like her voice, so not sure about the comments that it is synthesized or whatever you call it. I DO dislike the clapping to that music. It is ridiculous. Stop! Please! It is annoying in the first degree.

Uh, oh. I am affraid that the style selection of this show won't work in the long run. Initially I had hoped that Kathy would review the weeks pop topics and give her blunt and humorous take on them. It seems that the format has completely skated around that option. She tries throughout the hour to inject a far fetched connection between her unknown guests, and what she wants us to find funny about the conversations she is having with them. It makes for a very strained hour. They are not funny. AT ALL. I so wanted to enjoy this show, but if it tanks, I will still look forward to what she does best, dis' the over indulged!
