Andrew you are a true friend and definitely a wonderful coworker for Stephanie and everyone else. You are right, she needs to balance her life in order to be effective in her job & happy. It would be a tragedy for her to get totally burned out or end up not doing her best because she is burned out. I sincerely believe that senior management believes all of you should find your balance to stay in the game. Good luck to all of you!!! I would be honored to work with all of you!

Yes, yes, YES! Start the revolution. You all need lives as the work WILL be there tomorrow. Life IS too short and if your management doesn't understand that they are overworking their employees then I say "the heck with them" and keep it moving!
