People Are Not Always What They Seem

Mallory obviously didn't work out, but I was able to find the person I was looking for -- Grace Healy. She came from HL Group, which is an extremely reputable PR company. She had fashion experience and I felt that she would be the perfect fit for the office. FINALLY! I had found someone that was going to be a great addition to the team and Stefanie Skinner could possibly breath again.... however, I am sure she will continue with her psycho obsessive work ethic as that is just Stef. Gotta love her for that. I was in a great place and ready to move forward, onward and upward. Life can never be easy, you always have to work hard to get what you want and I feel like I did.

OMG, I'm so happy they chose Grace. She's beautiful, and seems funny. Can't wait to see more of her.

Great story about the work ethic at People's Revolution on Inc.com today: http://www.inc.com/articles/2010/03/qa-with-kelly-cutrone.html

Robyn, Good points, all. Love your advice for the job interviewers. I'm in a design business, and while it's not fashion, your points cross the board into all areas of the applied arts and design fields. You are always lovely. All I can say is...more air time of YOU!

Good writing skills? My dear, you have terrible writing skills. Comma splice, much? Hello?

Great tips Robyn! I'm currently a fashion event coordinator and marketing student pursing a career in the fashion industry. Would absolutely love a position at People's Revolution!
