It's a question Savannah Chrisley gets asked pretty frequently: Has she had any cosmetic procedures? So it didn't come as a big shock to the Chrisley Knows Best daughter when she opened her Instagram Stories up to fan questions on October 28, and a pretty standard query came through. Can you guess what it is?
After several followers asked the beauty lover to share her favorite products (watch the clip above for more on that!), one fan wrote in to ask: "Why did you get implants?" Well! That's assuming a lot, but Savannah was still patient — and hilarious — in her reply.
Showing a photo of herself holding a tray of fries and burgers, the Georgia-based beauty wrote, "Girl ... come on now ... God and too much food gave me these boobs." And, lest there was still any confusion, Savannah added: "No implants."

However, she did cop to another cosmetic procedure. "Now nose job? Yes, that did happen in case you were wondering," Savannah shared. We have just one question left: What does she order at In-N-Out, exactly? That spread looks delish!
