Kate Middleton's Easter Egg Chic Coat Is the Perfect Start to Spring

It's one of the Duchess of Cambridge's last public appearances before her due date.

Is expecting mom Kate Middleton is trying to leave Kylie Jenner or Khloe Kardashian-esque clues about her baby's gender via her wardrobe? If so, we're honestly stumped.

In February, the Duchess of Cambridge wore bright red or hot pink coats almost exclusively. But she's also been wearing a lot of blues too — like her matching moment with soon-to-be sister-in-law Meghan Markle. Hmmm ...

Now here is another curveball: Middleton just stepped out for an event at the Royal Society of Medicine in London, where she wore a mint green custom-made Jenny Packham outfit, complete with a dress and coat. The coat had a cute pussy bow-tie closure (so very Lisa Vanderpump!), and the Duchess accessorized with nude blush heels and a matching nude clutch.

This is rumored to be one of Middleton's last public appearances before her maternity leave: Her due date is in April, right before the royal wedding in May

Middleton made one thing very clear with yesterday's mint pastel ensemble: Spring (and Easter!) are both right around the corner.
