Amanda, you are an example of a true model. I am a single mother taking care of one child, never in my life would I have left my child for I don't know how many weeks to work as a model so that I could provide of my baby. I know that you are doing this not only for yourself, but for baby. In the show they speak about how a model should always find a way to find a solution to every problem and that you have to think and react to certain situations in which something is uncomfortable or something emotional, you have guts to leave your kid at home and doing this for him and his best. I would never leave my kids. You are a true inspiration Amanda. Let me tell you that nothing in this world is going to stop you from accomplishing your goals, you are strong, bold, beautiful, you represent many women in this nation and to me that is a supermodel, someone that they inspire others. Amanda, I stopped watching the show when the judges were really mean to you because you were crying because you miss your baby, that made me so mad! I just can't see this show anymore. I wish you the best and I hope you win.

I wanted to comment real quick on the comments you made about the father of your child and how he treats you, I understand what you are talking about wanting to be with the man who is the father of your child, but I promise you my experiences and everyone I know who was raised in a home where the parents faught all the time, and in most of those cases, my father beat the hell out of my mom more times than I care to remember seeing or hearing, and it haunts me to this day and I am 45. I have dedicated my life to making sure that anyone I am friends with or anyone I care about and more knows this and is well informed of the long term affects of an abusive father/husband/boyfriend/girlfriend, and what it does to kids. Obviousely you love your son with everything that you are and I admire your conviction and passion for him. You do not deserve to be treated with anything less than complete love and respect, and you are soon to be a supermodel, and there are so many more amazing men out there who will give you and your son the proper love and respect that you deserve. There is not way in the world that anyone should even come close to outshining you in this contest.
