Salome proved to be the most photogenic again winning this week’s photo challenge. This week, I was placed in the freezing cold on a beach on Coney Island with frigid octopi hanging from my shoulder; all the elements to make a great summer shoot. This week was all about giving the judges different but tamer shapes, and though the shot was good it was not as strong in the face as the judges needed it to be.
The catwalk for the week was also one of my worst to date. The Blonds, creator of these elaborate corsets provided the pieces for the first double catwalk. We were to do a gothic look and then we were to do a more fun for the corset. I will be honest — I was like a fish out of water for the gothic look and the corset was a lil better. In the end this week I was awarded my first bottom two.
Sandhurst, I was enormously relieved that you weren't eliminated this week. While I agree that your catwalk and photo shoot were disappointing, I certainly do NOT agree that you have "the face of an accountant". Tyson's critique was way over the top, in my opinion. Well, at least you're still in the game, so step it up! You are a beautiful man inside and out and clearly a strong competitor. That's why I believe you can and will find a way to show the range of emotions the judges are looking for. Please rock it out next week and ultimately win this competition! I believe you CAN be a supermodel.
It's okay darlin! Just a little bump in the road. You got it going on, and I absolutely love your look! That warm chocolate brown skin, and beautiful body...oh my...is it getting hot in here?
The modeling industry is vicious! Use what makes you special, and run with it! You will be sucessful...there is no doubt about that!
I am rooting for you Sandhurst! I honestly believe that you could win!
You are amazing! Don't let this week's outcome affect your end goal. You are smart, handsome, and kind. You have worked hard and you are always kind and gracious.
i love you sandhurst, you look soooooooooo damn good, i enjoy watching you, and they way you smile, i love it,
Sandhurst! I thought that your shoot was PHENOMENAL, and although the judges might not agree, it is their bad judgment. You are beautiful and talented and you do not belong in the bottom two, so stay confident and strong and I will be confident and strong that you will win. You possess all of the qualities imperative in the making of a supermodel - and America knows it. Thank you for being the inspiration that you are, Sara
You really did a great job on this shoot!!! It may have been 36 degrees on the beach, but it was 101 degrees in my living room watching you. I wish you all the success in the world and my fingers are crossed that you'll win the competition!!!
You may have been cold...but I think you pulled it off quite well. It was cute...and your "thunder thighs"??....I must admit they're kinda yummy :o)
Sandhurst! There is nothing those judges say that make me think any less of you as a model. You are superb and to get straight to the point America needs another black male supermodel who knows how to use their body. Your body is amazing, and honestly you should have won the photo shoot where you had to pose nude. Also, you were amazing during the week you posed at Coney Island. I do believe that it was time for Salome to go home because her attitude about modeling isn't exactly a great one. You seem to always keep it positive no matter the task, and I believe that's why everyone (viewers) love you so much, including me!!! YAY for Sandhurst!!
Sandhurst, I think that you have the confidence and the glow of a supermodel. I look at your pics and your stances, and I think, how wonderful you project you, and just who you are and what your want.
I think that you are a man of confidence and determination. I also think that you have the persistence of a god and that you know exactly how to do, and what to do to make it all come together. You are a handsome man!
Sandhurst your are the winner, keep doing what you are doing. I cheer for you evry Wednesday night. The judges are insane not to make you the super model that you are. Once I read your Bio and found ound that you lived in Philadelphia for a while I was ready surprised. Your are a winner in my book. Thank you for showing your talents and I know that your family is very proud of you. Kathy
Sandhurst,Sandhurst,Sandhurst! Your time is now.The very thing that Tyson has that is indescribable;that "je ne c'est quoi"is what you have.Tyson has the anointing. That quality can't be taught, learned or copied. It's gifted. One must be born with it.That's what you have Sandhurst.Everyone involved with the show knows it too.It will be revealed shortly. We are living in the age of truth which is about to be revealed. The Light is on you.
Keep up the FANTASTIC work, we are confident that you are going to win you take "Constructive Criticism" well, this this year we are on the map. Trinidad & Tobago, thanks to the G-Summit now you are next as a true Trinidadian.
Sandhurst has a beautiful soul and a perfect body,Have confidence in yourself, then you are the champion. :)
Que Pasa! Sandhurst! From the very first show when I first saw you I knew you had what it takes to be a super model. You have a wonderful and kind spirit, even though it is a competition, I've seen you go out of your way to help struggling models like Colin with his walk. You have also conducted yourself with such great character staying out of petty squabbles and drama.(Such Class!) Try to remember and apply all that you learn from Tyson then go out and nail your photo shoots and bomb the cat walk! You are a winner no matter what the final results are.(Success as it is defined is just doing the very best that you can)You are an inspiration to me.Much success and peace in your life.Carlos
